Hamid Momtahan and I are running online classes for our continuing students. Videos of the sessions are available for paying students whom we have registered. Log in to view them.

I have now stopped most group classes.  I have re-started my small group here in Rodenhurst Road on Wednesdays at noon; space is available for one or two more students.  If interested, please get in touch.

My thanks and good wishes to all the students whom I have met and with whom I have worked. I hope that you will continue to enjoy the taichi and qigong knowledge that you took away from our classes.
